The Astro Pro professional down sleeping bag is perfect for alpinists, whether in a tent or under the open starry sky. The inner shell, which can stretch by 25% in width, hugs the sleeper optimally. It offers plenty of space while simultaneously keeping the heat inside the sleeping bag. The sensitive foot area is perfectly insulated by the three-dimensional foot box and provides pleasant freedom for the feet thanks to its ergonomic cut. All models in the Astro Pro series are a bluesign® product and are also made of certified down (RDS).

With a weight of 38g/sqm, this 20D polyamide offers a very good weight-to-performance ratio. This item is specially treated with a PFC-free DWR, which allows for a faster drying time.

* D stands for denier. This describes the yarn weight. 600D corresponds to 600 grams per 9000 meters.
* PES stands for polyester. PES fibers are very tear-resistant and abrasion-resistant and absorb almost no moisture.
* PA stands for polyamide. PA fibers are extremely durable and abrasion-resistant. Furthermore, they are characterized by high elasticity and low weight.

THE COMFORT TEMPERATURE indicates the lower temperature limit at which an average woman (25 years / 60 kg / 1.60 m) can sleep comfortably through the night. In this range, even an inexperienced user will feel comfortable at all times.

THE LIMIT TEMPERATURE indicates the lower temperature limit at which an average man (25 years / 70 kg / 1.73 m) can sleep comfortably through the night. To stay warm, the user must adapt to the circumstances in this range through clothing and behavior.

THE EXTREME TEMPERATURE indicates the lower extreme temperature at which an average woman can withstand severe cold stress for 6 hours. Sleep is not possible here. In this risk range, one must expect a strong sensation of cold. There is a risk of health damage due to hypothermia.
