As with any knife, the sharpness of your Deejo blade will diminish over time. To maintain the functionality of your Deejo, you should therefore sharpen the blade regularly. We use Z40C13 type stainless steel, which is hard enough to remain sharp for a long time, yet soft enough to easily sharpen your knife. Your Deejo knife can be sharpened using standard knife sharpeners and sharpening stones. Just be careful not to damage the aesthetics of the blade during this process.

Special cleaning instructions
Your Deejo knife should be cleaned by hand with a damp sponge. Use the foam side, not the abrasive side. It is not dishwasher safe. Cleaning in a dishwasher could irreparably damage its hinge system.
