Bull's Eye I, Black, earmuffs SNR = 27 dB, specially designed for hunting & shooting sports

The 3M™ Peltor™ Bull's Eye I earmuffs were developed in close cooperation with world-class sports shooters specifically for hunting and shooting sports. These foldable earmuffs combine maximum safety with a highly comfortable fit and can be stored in a space-saving way. The insulation value is SNR = 27dB. Thanks to the modern, slim capsule design, the Bull's Eye I guarantees an exceptionally high level of wearing comfort. For example, the bevelled edges on the lower part of the capsules prevent the hearing protection and the end of the rifle stock from interfering with each other. The wide, soft sealing rings, which are filled with a combination of liquid and foam, ensure a comfortable fit and optimal sealing. The particularly flat headband design also ensures consistently low contact pressure. At the same time, the generous space under the capsules reduces unpleasant heat build-up and sweating. The 3M™ Peltor™ Bull's Eye I earmuffs are perfectly suited for all hunting and shooting sports activities. Suitable hygiene kits ensure the hygienic and economical use of the earmuffs.

What does the SNR value mean?

SNR stands for "Single Number Rating" and refers to the average insulation of a hearing protector and thus its average protective effect. The SNR value refers to the average insulation value of the frequency range from 125 to 8,000 Hz, which is relevant for human hearing. For example, an SNR value of 30 dB (30 decibels) reduces noise pollution of 100 dB (100 decibels) to a comfortable 70 dB (70 decibels). Hearing protection should be available from 80 dB (80 decibels) upwards. Even from 85 dB (85 decibels) over a longer period of time (40-hour working week), human hearing can be permanently damaged.

Important: The higher the noise level, the shorter you should expose yourself to the noise!
