Buy Combat Application Tourniquet online

Looking for products from the American manufacturer CAT Resources? You will find what you are looking for in our online shop. The brand CAT Resources is known for the so-called Combat Application Tourniquet (often referred to as a CAT Tourniquet or CAT), which has been used by the US Army since 2005. This is a one-handed tourniquet system that should always be within reach during tactical operations. And for good reason. A CAT Tourniquet stems or stops blood flow from a wound. The Combat Application Tourniquet features an individually adjustable strap and can be applied to all extremities. An integrated windlass system tightens a free-moving band. The latter stops the flow of arterial blood into the injured person's extremities and is secured with a toggle under a locking clip. To ensure the treated wound is protected from the outside during transport, every tourniquet system features a secure hook-and-loop fastener. Important: When using a CAT Tourniquet, care should always be taken to ensure that the Combat Application Tourniquet is only applied by trained professionals and used in life-threatening emergency situations. This is the only way to avoid the risk of further endangering the lives you intended to save. Our range includes a wide variety of different Combat Application Tourniquets. If you need more information about the tourniquet systems from CAT Resources, please feel free to contact us. We will provide you with comprehensive advice on the CAT Tourniquet and, in addition, equip you with other first aid kits that you should carry in your backpack during tactical operations or outdoor activities.
